| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept payment by most Credit and Debit Cards. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling Orders may be subject to shipping and handling charges at the current rates. Goods are shipped at the entire risk of the purchaser unless an insured carriage service has been chosen. Shipping rates will vary by the size and weight of your goods and the shipping address. |
| Delivery Schedule Our aim is to ship all goods in stock within 24 hours of order, but please allow up to 7 days for receipt of order in the UK. International orders may take longer periods. If the despatch of your order is likely to be delayed by more than 72 hours, we will contact you to inform you of the expected despatch date. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges Orders from within the UK or the European Union will be subject to 17.5% VAT (not applicable to books). All other orders are sold VAT free, but the purchaser is responsible for any purchase or import taxes and duties in their own country or state. |

| Returns Policy You may return unopened goods in full merchantable condition for a full refund (except for shipping costs) provided that these are received within 21 days of despatch. We regret that Digital download products cannot be refunded and DVD, Video and Software products cannot be returned for refund unless received faulty or damaged, and it is clear that the damage was not caused by the carrier. This does not affect the DVD Club no-quibble returns policy: see DVD Club for full details. Goods which have been damaged in transit are the responsibility of the carrier unless you have paid for an insured carrier service.
